Ray White approached Kis Marketing looking for some help in their marketing department. Kis Marketing essentially took on the Marketing Management role for Ray White on an outsourcing package. During the time a full communications plans was created for Ray White, along with a comprehensive marketing budget to appropriately allocate how their marketing resources were being spent. A budget was also created to assist Ray White’s vendors when it came to marketing the individual properties.
Kis Marketing graphically designed new sales brochures for the sales team, along with organisation of printing for Ray White. This was done on a regular basis for the higher end properties.
With several staff members of the Kis Marketing team having an extensive background in Real Estate Sales and Marketing we all enjoyed stepping in the role of Ray White’s marketing department.
