“In late 2013 the Maitland Liquor Accord Incorporated contracted Kis Marketing to perform market research of our member venues. This market research project is part of an Accord patron safety initiative called Safer Nights Out Maitland. Kis Marketing was awarded the contract following a competitive tender process. They presented a competitive financial proposal, and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of both social and market research strategies and techniques. Working with Cristen and Liz from Kis has been a straightforward process. They have always been attentive to our needs, and display understanding of the need to be flexible. The conduct of the research for Safer Nights Out has been professional and effective. On the basis of the market research and analysis they are providing we alcohol-related harm in our community.”
